Frequently Asked

Before reaching out, your answer might already be here.

How can I donate to a specific project?
You can choose a specific project from our Projects page and donate directly via the "Support This" button. All donations are processed securely and 96% of funds go directly to the field.
How do I apply to volunteer with TCSC Kenya?
Fill in the contact form above and select "Volunteering" as your enquiry type. Tell us your skills, availability, and location. Our volunteer coordinator will respond within 48 hours to explore the best fit.
Can corporates partner with TCSC Kenya?
Absolutely. We work with corporate partners on CSR alignment, staff volunteering programmes, cause-related marketing, and joint project funding. Email partners@tcsckenya.org with a brief proposal to get started.
I'm a journalist — how do I get press materials?
Our press kit, impact reports, high-resolution images, and spokespersons are available to accredited journalists. Email media@tcsckenya.org with your name, publication, and story angle for a fast turnaround.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Tcsckenya Initiative is a registered non-profit in Kenya. Donors in Kenya may be eligible for tax relief under Section 15 of the Income Tax Act. International donors should consult their local tax authority. We issue receipts for all donations.
How do you measure and report impact?
We publish quarterly field reports and an annual impact review available on our website. Every programme has a dedicated M&E framework co-designed with the community, tracking outcomes they define as meaningful — not just our KPIs.
